PARTY MANAGER specialising in first courses, desserts and/or starters for the restaurant in Selva di Val Gardena.
We are a hotel with half board and a restaurant open to the public, where we offer typical South Tyrolean and Italian dishes, reinterpreted in a modern way.
The person we are looking for is motivated to learn and grow, eager to be trained, flexible and dynamic. You will mainly be in charge of the starters, antipasti and/or desserts department, with the possibility of growth. You will also have the opportunity to discover the other departments of our traditional cuisine, with a modern twist.
You will be in charge of preparing starters, hors d'oeuvres and/or desserts and buffets, also taking care of the decorative elements. In addition, you will be in charge of storing food appropriately and arranging food service. For us, cooperation and flexibility are very important, but above all the desire to learn and grow.
