Don't worry! If you can't wait until dinner, we've got you covered. We serve homemade apple strudel, small dishes and drinks with lots of love (not included in the half-board price).

Here is a small taste of our culinary week for guests with half board (winter months):
- SUNDAY: '”CIN-CIN”
- Let's toast together! We invite you to a "Burning Dolomites" or "Hugo" in our lounge or on the terrace, accompanied by various snacks. Aperitif from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Local cheese buffet
- MONDAY: BELLA ITALIA
Italian evening with typical Italian antipasti buffet and salad buffet, followed by traditional Italian dishes
- TUESDAY: SWEETS and....
Home-made dessert buffet
- WEDNESDAY: TYPICAL SOUTH TYROLEAN EVENING
We will surprise you with typical South Tyrolean dishes and a buffet of traditional desserts.
- THURSDAY: FISH BUFFET

- FRIDAY: WE ♥ CHOCOLATE
They say chocolate makes you happy, right? Let us surprise you...
The menu for guests with half board booked consists of the salad buffet, starters from the buffet or antipasto dish of the day, two first courses to choose from, two main courses to choose from, dessert from the buffet or a proposal of the day from our chef. We also offer additional dishes from the restaurant's list, which are included.

The first cappuccino is already served at 6.30 a.m. and the last grappa is drunk at midnight...with us no one is left thirsty! Try our special cocktails!
