In our restaurant, which has been presented with the Golden Fork award, we are delighted to host both hotel guests and non-residents, serving up refined dishes inspired by South Tyrolean, Italian and international cuisine.
The newly redesigned dining room with its large window façade offers wonderful views of the Sella mountain. In addition to the restaurant menu, we also offer diners a menu of the day which includes freshly delivered produce. We serve fresh fish on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and we hold a traditional Tyrolean evening every Wednesday where we serve local South Tyrolean dishes.

Out on the sun terrace you can enjoy the special house aperitif in comfort and taste one of our lovingly created dishes, with a view of the Sella mountain range. The new Bergsteiger-Stube (mountaineer’s lounge) with its massive rustic wooden table can seat up to 8 people and is the perfect place for a private party where you can enjoy some uninterrupted time with friends and family.
We only use top quality, fresh, regional produce in our restaurant kitchen and we also emphasise simple preparation.
